那么过去一年，地产行业亏损程度如何？实际情况并不乐观。目前申万房地产板块有58家房企披露业绩预告，其中43家房企预计去年将出现扣非净亏损，合计净亏损约586亿~784亿元。加上港股房企，已披露业绩预告的企业亏损总额超过千亿。
